Monica J Sutton is the CEO and founder of Preschool Explorers. Ms. Monica is an early childhood educator and child behavior specialist who’s created an online community, of over 500,00 people, that is centered around Early Childhood Education. She teaches young children both in her virtual classroom at Preschool Explorers and worldwide through her online YouTube Circle Time Videos. With a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood and Special Education, Ms. Monica has spent over 20 years working directly with children of all abilities and backgrounds in both virtual and physical classrooms.
Karen Yvette Jones has been an educator for more than 20 years, with a Bachelors of Arts in communications and a Masters of Science in Special Education. Ms. Yvette has served as a special education teacher in New York City, Beaufort County, SC and DC public schools. In addition she has work with various innovative, passionate educators in the capacity of an education director for a private academy in NYC, the Special Education department head for Hilton Head Island High School, aquatics director for the Boys & Girls Club and the aquatic supervisor for the NYC Parks & Recreation Aquatic Division. Now, she shares her talents and love for teaching with Preschool Explorers as the education director and a teacher. Ms. Yvette likes to remind us to “never stop learning.” She says, “When you teach you learn. When you learn you grow. When you grow you realize you want to share all that you have learned and the cycle continues.”
Ms. Stacie has been teaching for more than 10 years. Ms. Stacie has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Education as well as a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate. Ms. Stacie reminds us, ” What I love most about teaching is my students. I love the interaction with them, I love their enthusiasm and passion for learning, and I love watching the children grow into confident independent learners.”
